- The House Judiciary Committee decides whether or not to proceed with impeachment.
- If they decide to proceed... a Resolution will be proposed by the Chairman of Judiciary Committee to begin a formal inquiry into the issue.
- The Judiciary Committee will send another Resolution to the full house and state the impeachment and why or that the impeachment is not necessary.
- The Full House will debate and vote.
- If they get majority vote on impeachment...
- Articles of Impeachment recieved from House and the Senate procedures for a trial.
- Trial will be held with President.
- Senate will meet in private to debate on verdict.
- A 2/3 vote of the Senate will result in being found guilty.
- Senate will vote to remove President from Office.
